Our client is a fast growing company that develops innovative online loyalty websites and solutions for a range of leading brands. An opportunity has now arisen for a Loyalty Marketing Manager / Online Customer Experience Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for driving repeat usage of loyalty sites, whilst building market proposition and maximising consumer engagement and revenue opportunities.
A key focus will be to understand the consumer and what drives their behaviour, and to make them regular users of the service. This will involve analysing site activity and the brands consumers in order to plan and execute regular activity to drive site revenues.
As a Loyalty Marketing Manager / Online Customer Experience Manager, your objectives will be to:
- increase repeat visitor rates, consumer participation and revenue per consumer - develop our brand and regular communications to consumers - be the expert on consumer behaviour and site performance - produce the plan for the loyalty sites, based on the marketing strategy - run a regular consumer satisfaction survey

Skills & Achievements
To be considered for this position, you must have marketing experience, including a track record of working on loyalty programmes and online consumer experiences. You must also have an FMCG background.
Additionally, as the Loyalty Marketing Manager / Online Customer Experience Manager you should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to write copy.
Whilst this role is a full time, permanent role, our client also invites applications from freelancers with the relevant experience.
