Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst Department: Accounting FLSA: Non-exempt Location: Los Angeles, California Overview: USIM is a full-service, integrated, media planning and buying agency. We are media agnostic – aligning the most successful and efficient media strategies with the goals of our clients, regardless of channel. As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Analyst, you will report to the Accounting Director and be responsible for the activities that support the AR/AP team and their respective assigned relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Prepare batches of invoices for data entry Resolve payment discrepancies and invoice payment inquiry Generate client billing Maintain and update vendor files Reviews and generates client Aging Reports Posts client payments an processes deposits Processes bank reconciliations monthly Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Strong communication, organization and time management skills a must Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities Must be a strong team player Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Internet Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BA/BS degree preferred or 2 years of relevant experience.
