Title: Inside Sales Representative Department: Performance Marketing FLSA: Exempt Location: Irvine, California Overview: USIM is a full-service, integrated, media planning and buying agency. We are media agnostic – aligning the most successful and efficient media strategies with the goals of our clients, regardless of channel. USIM is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Irvine office. The Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for prospecting and presenting USIM’s services to advertisers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, direct and coordinate activities that develop leads through company resources, networking and cold calling on perspective direct clients. Diligent follow up on leads and perspective clients resulting in revenue generation that meets or exceed quotas. Maintain positive working relationship with internal and external customers Utilize proprietary and external technology as directed in order to effectively manage perspective and existing client base. Preparation of proposals to key decision makers with the assistance of VP of Sales QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities Proven track record of successful sales, account management and revenue generation Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with management and peers Excellent presentation, relationship building, communication and negotiation skills a must Exceptional time management skills, work ethic and high sense of urgency Strong decision making and problem solving skills Proficient in all MS Office products EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of sales experience Online marketing, ad agency or media buying/selling a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
