All About Media is on the hunt for a keen and driven programmatic digital trader to join a high performing, campaign optimisation focused digital team that specialises in and entirely focused on programmatic , digital , paid and search platforms across a variety of DSP’s and trading desk platforms.   We are a fun bunch who just love exceeding client expectations and a great vibe in delivering each and every day !

To succeed in this role you must understand the rationale of digital marketing and have commercial acumen. Training will be provided and if online certification is required we will make allowance for further development in the knowledge required. 

You will be joining All About Media amidst an exciting phase of growth as advertising is more digitally skewed than ever before. All About Media works with global, national , accomplished, and emerging brands and the breadth of the campaigns and your contribution to the success of their campaigns will be pivotal to the advertiser, All About Media and your repertoire of knowledge and experience.   Industries include health and beauty, retail, home improvements and lots more all delivered over various in house trading platforms across various objectives, including performance based campaigns.  

Roles and responsibilities will include: .

  • Developing client / agency proposals both financial and strategic / tactics using all available tools to do so.
  • Create, load and run campaigns across a variety of digital trading desks, programmatic platforms and other relevant software.
  • Optimise and analyse data and trends of campaigns mid flight and reporting at regular intervals – client friendly.
  • Ability to extract and analyse data in Excel with key findings , actions and recommendations.
  • Able to define analysis and put in place the findings/recommendations to improve overall performance and delivery.
  • Reporting and providing insights on campaign performance.   Have a keen eye for optimisations.
  • Responsible for managing campaign budgets and monitoring how the campaign is tracking against deadlines.
  • Ability to multi task and self-manage


  • Min 3 years-experience in the digital media space
  • Experience working with data management platforms
  • Proficient in all MS programs and strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Willing to work in either Parramatta or Sydney CBD office locations.
  • Advertising or Marketing qualification

Understanding of the digital eco system and trading desks with some level of experience and interaction is preferred
