If you have digital media experience, LOVE all things digital/media, you’re enthusiastic, collaborative and a detail-oriented individual, we would like to meet you and explore the possibility of joining our amazing media department in planning the day to day management of our online media campaigns, as a Digital Media Planner/Buyer, Search.

What you need to have…..

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant paid search experience and must be well-versed in the Google Ads (formerly AdWords) and/or Search Ads 360 (formerly DoubleClick Search) platform.
  • Have a familiarity with bid management tools
  • Bing Ads, SEO, display and/or paid-social experience is a plus, though not required
  • Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and have strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Be able to handle a large volume of work and be flexible and receptive to changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively work independently and troubleshoot any issue
  • Passion for theater and the arts a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing or relevant field

What you’ll be expected to do….

  • Responsible for day-to-day campaign management, strategic planning, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Data Studio
  • Develop strong working relationships with search partners to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities
  • Research paid search issues and formulate tangible solutions
  • Train and manage assistant media planners in search
  • Represent agency in a professional manner to all external media partners
  • Ensure accurate client billing and payments
