Title: Media Coordinator
Location: New York
The Media Coordinator is an entry-level position that serves as an introduction to media planning and buying. This person will be responsible for media-related tasks that are critical to implementation and reporting for media plans.
This role is “360”, encompassing both digital and traditional media planning and buying. At the same time this person will be trained for a more senior role in media strategy and buying.
- Trafficking digital creative
- Compiling data for reporting
- Recapping status meetings
- Working with billing teams to ensure that billing is in order

- Attending internal and client meetings as appropriate to learn the media business
- Attending training sessions
- Questioning senior staff
- Develop relationships with colleagues and team members who can teach and help with professional growth
- Seeking extra assignments beyond day-to-day job requirements
