Title: Digital Traffic Coordinator

Department: Ad Operations

Overview:  

USIM is a full-service, integrated, media planning and buying agency. We are media agnostic – aligning the most successful and efficient media strategies with the goals of our clients, regardless of channel. USIM is seeking an entry-level Digital Traffic Coordinator for our Irvine, CA office. The Digital Traffic Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating creative assets and creative instructions between clients, internal teams and partners.

Previous digital marketing experience is not required, we will train you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Account Executives on key client accounts
  • Coordinate creative assets and creative instructions with clients
  • Create re-targeting and conversion pixels and provide client direction for placing on the client's site
  • Coordination with numerous internal and external personnel and clients to ensure flawless campaign executions
  • Coordinate traffic and help manage digital advertising campaigns per insertion orders
  • Upload and QA ad creative for functionality and compliance with technical specifications
  • Traffic creative and campaign assets to publishers
  • Troubleshooting tag-related issues, reporting/delivery discrepancies, and implementation concerns
  • Monitor delivery of campaigns
  • Support the department with campaign maintenance
  • Produce campaign reports recaps and verifications for clients as needed
  • Support Ad Operations Services team by handling campaign changes and updates during the flight period
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
  • Document and train peers on best practices and procedures
  • Please note – this position has a schedule of 11am-7pm. 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Ability to learn and understand technical applications
  • Experience with adservers such as DFA, Sizmek, a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office products
  • Strong work ethic, inquisitive and high sense of urgency
  • Assertive disposition towards overcoming challenges
  • Meticulous attention to detail; organized
  • Deadline oriented & works well under pressure
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS Degree
