Job Description

Title: Account Coordinator

Department: Client Services

FLSA: Non-exempt                                                       

Location: Irvine, California

                                                 

Overview:  

USIM is a full-service, integrated, media planning and buying agency. We are media agnostic – aligning the most successful and efficient media strategies with the goals of our clients, regardless of channel.  As an Account Coordinator, you will report to the SVP of Client Services and are responsible for the activities that support the Account team and their respective assigned client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Account Executives on key client accounts through:
    • Completing RFP documents for AE review/approval
    • Completing/updating buy sheets for SEM for AE review/approval
    • Setting up New Client Masters
    • Requesting Estimate Number through Accounting
    • Trafficking creative through Ad-Ops with appropriate documentation
    • Requesting Reports
    • Reviewing and distributing reports upon Media and AE approval
    • Distributing Live Reports to clients
  • Attend client meetings/calls and document notes and action items for call recaps
  • Draft weekly summaries to clients for AE review/approval as needed
  • Follow up with internal teams on deadlines and deliverables
  • Assist in pulling materials and information together for client decks and reviews as needed
  • Own the execution of routine standard digital campaigns on AE behalf (ie SEM, Facebook, email)
  • Develop an active working knowledge of all assigned or acquired accounts/clients
  • Maintain positive working relationship with internal and external team members

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills a must
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Internet
  • Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
