Title: Media Billing Representative

Department: Accounting

Overview:  

U.S. International Media, is seeking a Media Billing Representative to join our fast-paced and dynamic Accounting team in our Culver City office.  USIM is the fastest growing independent media agency providing best-in-.class integrated media solutions to our clients.  Every day and with every challenge, USIM Practices the Art of Human Sense – blending cutting-edge research and technology with ingenuity, human insight and creatively, delivered in a seamless experience for our client partners. Qualified candidates possess excellent written, verbal and analytical skills, highly organized, an eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and are willing to learn and grow with our company.  Candidates must have excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.  Experience in the Advertising Industry a plus including knowledge of Strata or Media Ocean systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accounts Payable Duties including data entry of invoices (500+) a month
  • Client Accounting duties such as billing and client reconciliations
  • Identifying, issuing and resolving discrepancies
  • Vendor invoice auditing to media schedules
  • Ad-Hoc Reports
  • Maintain Vendor and Client Files

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Comparable work experience
  • Strong customer service orientations and ability to collaborate
  • Ability to work with various functional areas and all levels of the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and to proactively problem solve with little direction
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the Advertising industry including knowledge of Strata is a plus but not required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience 2-3 years
