Job Summary:

The Ad Council is looking for a talented, passionate, and qualified Project Manager, MarTech (contract) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of various MarTech projects, including timelines and budgets. You will not only be a tech-savvy professional with an understanding of how technology can help us achieve our organizational goals, but also have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various team. In this role, you will be part of an internal team that values innovation, collaboration and is passionate about our end users.

Timing and Employment Length:

This is a contract employee role. The employment length would be approximately 3 months with the possibility to extend the contract. Contract employees will be eligible to participate in limited benefits and paid time off. We are also open to this role being a fully remote position. This position is one of at-will employment.

What you'll do:

  • Provide end to end project management for various marketing technology projects
  • Coordinate and manage tasks, deliverables, and meetings
  • Work cross functionally across the organization and with internal stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, monitor status, and communicate progress
  • Develop SOWs, change orders and manage vendor relationships
  • Ensures all deliverables are high quality and clearly documented
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Plan and help prepare executive level presentations and communications
  • Conduct demos and basic training of tech tools such as Salesforce and CMS
  • Provide wide range of support to the VP, Digital Marketing and team to drive organizational efficiencies and increase productivity
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of all project documents, as well as data
  • Use project management and document management software to manage and communicate project status

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of digital project management experience preferred
  • Hands on experience with project management software
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Salesforce
  • Ability to translate technical work comprehensively
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience interacting with senior leaders with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion, inviting diverse perspectives, promoting an inclusive work environment
  • Strong process orientation with solid organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Track record of collaborating with a large cross-functional teams and partners to tackle challenges, generate solutions and make forward progress

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity or knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint
