RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of media strategy based on client direction
  • Help oversee the plan developments and media executions along with ability to present media ideas and recommendations
  • Run and evaluate syndicated research
  • Working with our vertical services: Search, social, programmatic, broadcast, etc.
  • Help manage team’s workload, assignments and deliverables
  • Write and publish media POVs
  • Support and manage client’s budgets
  • For certain accounts, be the lead or primary client contact
  • Knowledge across multiple media channels: TV/Radio, Print, OOH, Digital, Search and Social
  • Maintain status reports, flowcharts and buy summaries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Complete knowledge planning processes for all major media
  • Baseline working knowledge and understanding of offline media, DR, CRM
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to professionally communicate with, present to, interact with client leadership
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure
  • Strategic thinker, critical thinker, problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present, field questions
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing and digital media
  • Demonstrates initiative and drives to completion of projects

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications
  • This is a supervisor position requiring a candidate who has previous team and client management experience
  • 3-4+ years of experience in media strategy/planning experience across online and offline media channel
